I’ve been movement-obsessed since I was a kid, always opting for some form of fun physical activity.. All of these physical elements have played a role informing my current movement interests, therefore informing how I teach!
I craft my sessions personally and conceptually – I do not play with set sequencing given to me by former yoga schools as I believe an individual’s movement needs are more nuanced than that. We’ll do specified drills & exercises in isolation, as well as flow through transitions to integrate movements.
I hold space for you to listen to your body, to explore the space between shapes, ask questions & challenge the edges of an exercise in order to make it work for you.
